Canthotomy와 Cantholysis 차이

Canthotomy & Cantholysis는 조절되지 안압에 대해 응급적인 처치를 할 수 있는 경우이다.

차이를 정확히 몰라서 간단히 정리해 보았다.

1. Canthotomy: Incision of the lateral canthal tendon

- Lateral canthal tendon을 절개하는 것이다.

2. Cantholysis

- Disinsertion of at least the inferior crus of the lateral canthal tendon

- Lateral canthal tendon의 inferior crus를 절개하는 것이다.
